Just Stop Oil is not a Solution

Watching a guy walk down the streets of downtown and blatantly pick up a garbage bag that was not his, take all contents out of the bag looking for things of use and discarding what was not used on the side of the street. When I tell you I had some bad thoughts, I mean Dahmer thoughts. I see people doing some things to where they become the lowest piece of existence on this planet. Mostly it is those of the poor mentality. Not sure if he was homeless, not sure if he just liked making messes, but man did he grind my gear, chap my ass, lead me to believe that the world would be better off without his existence. I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING, relax. I’m just saying he is a piece of shit and I hope he tripped walking up the street. 

That being said this is not a climate change BS rant. My thought is that the climate is always changing, but those usually leading the charge in this argument would rather see economies fail and chaos erupt to save the whales. Climate change “activists” are one oil spill away from lighting themselves on fire, like the guy who yelled “free Palestine” after he lit himself on fire. Pretty gruesome video, probably better left to the imagination. I highly suggest for those who advocate for something, know the difference between activism, which is defined as: efforts to promote, impede, direct, or intervene in social, political, economic, or environmental reform with the desire to make changes in society towards a perceived greater good. Anarchy is defined as: 

The state of a society being without authorities or a governing body.

  1. Anarchism; the political theory that a community is best organized by the voluntary cooperation of individuals, rather than by a government, which is regarded as being coercive by nature.
  2. A chaotic and confusing absence of any form of political authority or government.

Of course you have the Just Stop Oil idiots who pretend they are for a cause and do the exact opposite by making it harder for lives of those people that you’d probably need on your side in order to commit to real change and aid in progression you seek. So stop sitting in front of cars and blocking traffic, because as funny as it is seeing you get your ass dragged across the street, you are doing nothing in which you have so much passion for. Or maybe you just like getting your ass kicked and don’t really care about picking up trash or cleaning up our seas. If you’re to visit Just Stop Oil, first you come to their plan. “Our Government doesn’t give a fuck about it’s responsibilities”……Ok, well government is not really defined as having responsibilities to the people, at least that is not how it is defined. Govern is defined as: 

  1. To make and administer the public policy and affairs of (a state, for example); exercise sovereign authority over.
  2. To control the speed or magnitude of; regulate.
  3. To control the actions or behavior of.

I digress, let’s just say I am with you on the whole doesn’t give a fuck about responsibilities topic. Then it goes on to talk about needing bold action. By that action they mean throwing orange paint on a private jet. Probably belonging to someone that could help with your cause. Then it says “we can’t do this alone”, which I’m sure you can see the hypocrisy. If the entirety of your solution is to inconvenience people then you are going to have a lot of angry people who won’t support you in any way. This is what annoys me about activism, the majority of protests I have ever seen, are not based on a solution. It is just give me what I want or we will make your lives a living hell. We’ll throw soup on million dollar paintings ruining historical artifacts, we’ll throw paint up in the air and ruin sporting events.

An article in Forbes shows us just what it means to really push for change in the world. Brandon University “in Manitoba, Canada, has found that waxworms, which normally live in beehives and eat wax, also can survive on polyethylene—the kind of plastic used in shopping bags and elsewhere.” It was reported that 60 waxworms were able to eat 30cm of a plastic bag in a matter of a week. Now that may seem like a small win for these little guys, but it is lightyears ahead of people who tend to think that standing in the road and bullying others will inspire change. It is the equivalent of screaming in someone else’s face to have an answer for a solution you lack the mental capacity to fix. Mindless drones ability to follow orders that take no discipline or no amount of effort to achieve a solution. Further in the same article it explains how not only are the waxworms able to eat the plastic bag, but as well their bodies gut bacteria have the effect of efficient breakdown of the plastic.

Just Stop Oil has the potential to be an influence for good. For positive change, but it is not in their best interest to make other people feel to blame for what they cannot change. It is the equivalency of yelling at a plumber for not being able to fix your electrical problems. It is bad enough that an organization blaming its problems on everyone else tends to never have a solution for what they believe in. Bangov Actual, out.

Biden Family Exposed

Watching a city destroy itself is never fun. Well sometimes it is when you think, “hey maybe if they learn from this and realize how bad it is then maybe they will change their ways and vote differently next time.” Can only hope, but the problem with that is it takes years. It is not an overnight thing and what is worse, is people tend to forget a lot of things. Someone like you or I who pays attention to how politicians think, may be more of an informed voter. Problem is you can never really be sure of how many people are going to vote your way, or how many people are reading the same way you are. With all the information that is out there, you’re going to run into things that you must fact check for yourself. Again the problem is time. You can have all the facts in somebody’s face, but unless they are willing to take the time and listen, or even admit they have been wrong. It is going to fall on deaf ears. Anyway you want to look at this, being pro Trump or not, I just invite you to take the time and keep reading.

If you look and see how the Trump cases are going, you would be right to be upset. I mean the guy has 4 indictments and 91 criminal charges against him. Those being classified documents, hush money, federal election interference, and Georgia election interference. The criminal charges all have to do with a combination of fraud within business dealing(even though nobody lost any money.) Falsifying business records, Fani Willis(even though she stole money.) The New Republic reports that Willis was in a relationship with a man whom she hired as a special prosecutor, and her office had paid an amount of $650,000 to help build an anti trump case. The 2 were reported taking international trips alluding to the thought of payment from Willis office to be her own financial gain.

What is probably the most important part of this whole case, and for people to understand is that quoted from US News, “Notably, New York’s anti-fraud statute, known as Executive Law 63(12), is clear that a finding of fraud does not require intent to deceive or that anyone actually gets duped or loses money. The attorney general must only show “repeated fraudulent or illegal acts.” Also in the same article it goes on to note that this is not the first time Trump has had to deal with New York’s anti-fraud law. Between the Trump Foundation closing in 2018 over allegations of misused funds, and Trump University being sued in accordance that students had “false promises of success,” (WTF does that mean?) Whether that is a slam dunk? Is this multiple fraudulent acts? Does it need to be the same business? I don’t know, but it will be interesting to see what happens in the coming weeks.

As for Trumps crazy $454 million dollar penalty. Understand that this article I am sharing from the New York Times is just stating the facts of some of his legal obligations. The title is fake news considering Alina Habba, Trumps attorney goes on Fox News to say that only a handful of financial institutions that can get approval from the treasury department for bonds amounting in the millions of dollars, she states 100 million dollar max. It is a mess, and just to clarify I am not saying he is guilty, that is all being figured out as we speak, this is for those who may just be tuning in to the amount of stuff that is being put on the Trump plate right now and what he is up against coming into the 2024 election.

What blows my mind is a guy who is being convicted of withholding confidential documents at his home, which he was, but also so was Biden. This does not even compare to the blatant disregard for the law as POTUS. Byron Donalds during a house oversight committee hearing exposes the Biden family paper trail of WhatsApp messages and bank statements between Owasco Pc and CEFC (Chinese Evangelical Free Church.) (Video at the bottom of blog) Now knowing this, is America supposed to be outraged(probably), but the issue that I think many Americans are worried about is that Hunter, nor Joe Biden will never see the inside of a jail cell. The American people after this have lost all faith in the justice system. Not saying they ever really had it to begin with, but things like this are why others resort to means of violence, and criminal activity.

Back to my original point. Watching a city destroy itself is never fun. Maybe when you don’t live there, you can chuckle about why you chose to never live in New York. It saddens because it is still America. What can happen there is sure to be an example that corruption will spread and have no recourse or legal justice. Justice becomes just another fallacy. The damage people have seen with their own eyes will never be undone. America, as strong as it is, is only as strong as the will of the people. When that trust is broken, it becomes a mob mentality.

Millionaires and billionaires have already voiced their disgust during the Trump trials. Kevin O’leary called New York a loser state, and that he will never do business here, “this is an attack on America.” Or Grant Cardone of Cardone Capital stating he is pulling their teams from New York post Trump Verdict. It is going to get worse before it gets better. Can only hope the people of New York know how to respond in order to come back from financial devastation. Bangov Actual, out.

Just a friendly reminder

When you have content, it is the wheel that you must keep in motion. It is what “motivation” is all about. If you have read along in the past, you hear me talk about motivation being a lie. Yes it is, I will say it again because it is your content that you need to focus on. Giving your audience something to come back to your site. Don’t forget that you have a product, it may be writing, maybe your voice in singing. It may just be something you build with your hands. The day to day effort you put in to giving your audiences eyeballs something to watch will be the thing that motivation feeds off of. You must create before you become motivated. If everything is in your head then it might as well just stay the dream and never be a reality. Writing it down brings it from the 1 dimensional to the 2.

1 dimensional is defined as: having only one dimension and therefore showing only linear information such as length or width or height. This in your head is where you are now and seeing where you would like to be. It is a dream. Visualize yes, but do not forget to bring it to the 2 dimensional, which is defined as: a flat figure or a shape that has two dimensions —length and width. WRITE IT DOWN. Show it to yourself, see how it can become reality and not just in your head. This is where you ask for help. 

The 3rd dimensional step is defined as: the three spatial dimensions of width, height and depth. The physical world and everything that is observed in it are three dimensional. This is your vision, your dream comes to life. Could be a prototype of something you made, could be you selling yourself. The point is to not keep everything inside in order for thoughts and ideas to never be seen. 

Bring your vision to life. The worst thing I can think of is a person giving up on themselves before they even get 1 reaction to what they are talking about. They have never had a dialogue about what they are trying to create. So they give up on themselves in order to save embarrassment. I played a game one day. On a Monday I went through the day and was going to write everyday and be able to post everyday. I counted how many times my mind told me not to start writing. My excuses were: I’m tired, hungry, mad, sad, had to be somewhere, had to make a call, or just plain I don’t have an idea right now. Before I was willing to try I had already given up. I quit 300 times before I stopped and realized that I was just making the excuse to not do something. I don’t want to write everyday, of course, it is work. I do love seeing you guys comment on my writing and my ideas get feedback, or they are told they just plain suck. That is ok though.

Ask 100 people why they say they don’t like my content. You will find about 95 mumbling idiots who can’t articulate a point. It is a feeling to them, an emotion they have never deduced for themselves. Deduce is defined as: arrive at (a fact or a conclusion) by reasoning; draw as a logical conclusion. So I made time everyday to write whatever was on my mind. Immediately when I was done writing something that I enjoyed, I erased it. You may be thinking “Why would you do that? You just told us to write it down and share it with the world.” 

Confidence is defined as: the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust. OR the state of feeling certain about the truth of something. OR a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities. To test yourself on your own abilities never gets old. It is amazing to be able to show yourself what you can do. You’re only going to get better with time and practice. Practice, be persistent and progress. So keep it going, getting faster, or more efficient and also developing a discipline within your craft. It is how you choose to express yourself, commit to being the best. Bangov Actual, out.

Stop Paying Income Tax

So I am no legal representative, but when someone is to tell me that they won’t take this money, or lump some of money because they don’t want to have to fill out a 1040 form. If they tell me that they are so worried about the government coming after them because they mowed someone’s lawn, helped someone move, pressure washed someone’s garage, or even sold fentanyl to thy neighbor……ok maybe be worried about that last one, BUT you are all entrepreneurs in my eyes. (Fentanyl is Fatal) When the fear of making extra money to make ends meet is upon you I say weep no more. The 1040 scam is just to deceive law abiding citizens into telling the government that you have ambition outside of your normal employment duties. 

Never fear the IRC is here. (Internal Revenue Code). Now some are unaware and it is my pleasure to educate those who may not be aware when they choose to grace Bangov with their presence. What is a 1040 form for? IRS invites you to use a schedule (1) 1040 form for additional income and adjustment to income in order to tell on yourself about you making extra money. Don’t care if it is 10 dollars or 10 million dollars, it is your money and you should have a right to keep every cent.  Peymon Mottahedeh is the President and founder of Freedom Law School. The Washington Post states “although the IRS will send out 125,000 notices, the actual number of taxpayers involved may be fewer, as many of them failed to file in multiple years.” This is due to the mass number of Americans who so eloquently misremembered to file taxes between the years of 2017-2022,including 25,000 cases where people’s income was well over a million dollars.(Nice) “When people don’t file their taxes, they need to know there’s a consequence,” Werfel said. This is from Daniel Werfel, Commissioner of the IRS. The fact that we have an institution like the IRS that can’t even effectively enforce the laws necessary for the government to keep misspending and sending money to other countries, then why do we keep them around? For instance NPR reports that the IRS got 80 billion for “beefing up the IRS’s capacity to go after wealthy tax cheats.” You know, the people that employ thousands of Americans. They are not willing to give more money to the government for services we don’t need or even want. 

Before any of you get noble on me and say it is your American duty….just stop right there. You do not pay taxes because it is the American thing to do. Just remember a little while ago when this country was started and we fought taxation without representation. Nothing is more American than keeping money from the government in order to live a more prosperous life. Especially when everyone from small mom and pop shops to billion dollar empires put food on the table for their employees. Jeff Bezos just gave 118 million to fight homelessness. Or Elon Musk giving 1.95 billion Tesla shares to various charities. It is embarrassing to hear people cheer when the IRS says it will try and get more money from millionaires when the people cheering do not contribute even a fraction of what millionaires do to the communities around them.

 

Poor is defined as: Having insufficient wealth to meet the necessities or comforts of life or to live in a manner considered acceptable in a society.

  3. Not adequate in quality or quantity; inferior.

  5. Undernourished; lean. Used especially of animals.

What will never be taught in schools is that poor is a mentality. I had an accountant tell me that at a net worth of 150k, I was sitting better than a couple that made 250k a year but has 3 cars, a boat and a house they could barely afford. Living paycheck to paycheck is not a way of life. Quit spending money on shit you don’t need. So rich people may buy some weird shit sometimes. Hotel orgies, who cares, they are just like all of us, but they can afford what we dream of. Not because they are bad people, but they just live a high profile life and when you work a thousand hours a week you may just want to ball out on what you have earned.

Dark Times For Boeing, And Everyone Who Fly’s

Oh man, when a company as big as Boeing needs daddy to come and watch you build your planes something is happening. At Least that is the plan stated by Emirates President Tim Clark. According to The Hill, Emirates now has a 52 billion dollar contract with Boeing for 55 777-9 and 35 777-8. So sending their engineers to ensure quality product upon delivery is great for those wanting to go to Dubai in the future. What about the planes here in America that need to be fixed? 

Well 2 whistleblowers, one down, as John Barnett is found deceased in his Pickup truck in Charleston North Carolina, he was 62. Family friend told ABC 4 that before John died he said he might end up dead after speaking out against the company. According to the police report, Barnett was found dead in his truck with a gunshot wound to the head and a pistol found in his hand.

Enter Ed Pierson. Pierson is a former senior manager at Boeing and is now bringing the same fight to Boeing whilst bringing similar flaws in quality control and stating “the problem is leadership.” Politico tells Pierson’s story of a flight where he intentionally picked a flight that was not supposed to be a Boeing Max aircraft, but just then as he looked up from his seat the safety card caught his eye reading 737-8/737-9. Pierson immediately gets out of his seat saying “the flight attendant didn’t want him to get off the plane. I didn’t want to cause a scene, I just wanted to get off the plane.”  Pierson goes on in the same article to bring to light that Boeing has made only superficial changes like hiring a safety manager in order to bring attention away from themselves.

According to Fox News, which was according to the New York Times states that only 56 points of the federal audits were passed. An internal slide presentation produced by the FAA shows a mechanic using Dawn liquid soap to lubricate a door seal and cleaning it with a cheesecloth. Which just blows my mind when thinking they could have just used Ajax which is cheaper(sarcasm.) This audit was prompted by the January 5th incident when a new Boeing 737 Max 9 had its plug door blow off during an Alaska Airlines flight at 16,000 feet. Cabin depressurized and the flight had to return to Portland International Airport in Oregon.

Can’t imagine a government agency saying “we fixed a private corporation’s issue.” I guess we have to let them feel important. So the FAA has given Boeing 90 days to make a “comprehensive action plan” to fix their quality control issues. I and thousands of other people who look to fly this year can only hope Boeing will do a little more to fix the issues than employing safety managers. Also note that the  National Transportation Safety Board found that 4 key bolts were missing from the door that came off on Jan 5th, so you might want to put those in next time Boeing. Might help with holding things together, then again I am no engineer. Bangov actual out.

DEI, Wanting What You Don’t Deserve

Well, when your airplanes begin to catch fire, lose part of the landing gear during takeoff or just simply catch fire while in flight. Might be time to have a word with your engineers about what could be done to mitigate this. When a plane loses its DOOR; you know the thing that keeps all your customers inside the plane at 31,000 feet. Just seems as if things are slipping. Boeing for instance is slipping in their stocks by a smidge. According to Forbes stock price for Boeing has dropped 29% just in the new year of 2024. Makes sense when in the same article you will see that it is dated for March 12th. Just last Tuesday it is reported Boeing has failed 40% of their FAA audits for the Max 737 and Spirit AeroSystems has failed 54% of their federal audits. (Seems like a lot.) Just to add, Allegiant airways has reported that it will be purchasing Boeing Aircraft. Specifically, 50 of the Max 737 and with a possibility of 50 more orders.

The only reason I would be willing to speculate that this is not going to get any better, is because the CEO of United Airlines, which has been having most of the plane issues, went on to say in an interview that United has the highest numbers of diversity. (WHO GIVES A SHIT.) Scott Kirby, CEO of United Airlines states that the company will have 50% of their aviation classes be women and people of color.

Elon Musk has been getting backlash from civil rights groups for the comment “Do you want to fly in an airplane where they prioritized DEI hiring over your safety? That is actually happening.” President and CEO of Urban National League went on to say that Musk’s Comments were “abhorrent and Pathetic.”. (Same article) Musk also posted on X that “It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE,” Musk wrote, misspelling DEI. From here what is very sad is all we can do is wait for either side to be right. We can all hope for Elon Musk to be wrong because these companies are going to push for higher standards of DEI. 

What I would like to bring your attention to is a CNN article about DEI and former Harvard College President Claudine Gay being fired over a congressional hearing of Anti-Semitic rhetoric in school that was being allowed. During the congressional hearing Elise Stefanik (New York’s 21st District (R) questions Gay on the use of certain no no words like Intifada and its use of the words in context to Palestinian uprise and call for violent armed resistance against civilians and the genocide of Jews. (link here.) I am seeing the issue with DEI is it only pertains to one race which will inherently disadvantage other races, but that is not enforced to help, say white people, Asians, Hispanics or even just people that may be deserving and have put forth the effort. Why is it about Color? Sounds racist right?                    

Billionaires such as Bill Ackman describe DEI in a 4000-word post on X stating, “inherently a racist and illegal movement in its implementation even if it purports to work on behalf of the so-called oppressed.” While I would like to encourage all who have the ambition of doing anything outside the norm of how they grew up. Whether you come from a poor family or not, it is purely based on what you are passionate about first, then how much work you put in to get to where you want to go. Putting people in roles they have not earned based on skin color or gender is the same as saying these groups of people are disadvantaged and will never work hard enough based on their skin color or gender. It is racist and it is wrong. In my opinion it puts people in unnecessary danger in order to adhere to the mob pushing for it. Hire people based on those who can do the job and make it through the training. Does not matter the skill, trade or job. You hire those who want it, not those who think they deserve it with no effort. Bangov Actual out.

Immigration Used to be Essential

Immigration is essential…well it used to be when we brought in doctors, engineers and people who would possibly be an asset to the United States. Now we tend to gravitate towards human traffickers, people who beat up NYPD police officers, prostitutes, gangsters, and murderers. Not sure how you guys feel about the 2nd amendment now, but it seems like these democratic presidents go above and beyond to create the biggest reasons for why it is around. Kind of takes “all enemies foreign and domestic” to a whole new level.

When a person like Elon Musk advocates for the danger of massive illegal crossings in this country, people tend to listen. MSN did in an article about Musk stating “America is only 4% of Earth’s population. If only 1% of the rest of Earth moves here, that would crush all essential services.” This coming from a guy who is looking for the clearest path to Mars. I mean the guy is dead set on keeping natural resources in the black, let alone creating new sustainable ones.

All that aside, Musk goes on to explain the same article after visiting the border that is a crisis and reiterating that this is just a plot for illegals to vote democrat in the coming election. Why wouldn’t that be true, I mean it is a great evil plan if the democrats get away with it. Especially since only 35 states require some sort of identification to vote.

Apparently, the federal government is really anxious about spending your money(sarcasm), what better way to spend it than illegal aliens they are trying to transport by plane across the United States. I am going to let Sheriff Grady Judd explain the influx of illegal aliens and just what the federal government has given them on their entrance into our country as they trample on our way of life. (It is a long video so to get to the point skip to the 19:00 mark.)

I have stated before that a way of life needs to be protected. Needs to have common sense put into play without giving into mindless ideologies that Identification to vote is racist in any way. American is not a race; it is a way of life. Without identification that you even have a right to be here, you definitely do not have the right to vote. Nobody cares about your opinion because you haven’t earned the right to have one here. Bangov Actual out.
